Shipping Policy 

What is the delivery timeline?

Ready stock items will ship within 5-7 business days. Back-ordered items will ship according to the announced schedule. 

Please note that shipping times may take longer during peak holiday periods, Covid-19 restrictions and other circumstances beyond our control. However, please be assured we will do our best to get your packages to you as soon as possible. 

Singapore

We offer free tracked shipping for purchases above SGD120,

All purchases below that would require a $4 shipping fee for tracked door-to-door courier. We do not provide non-tracked mailing in order to ensure that your pieces get to you in their best condition. 

International

We offer free international shipping for purchases above SGD250

We do our best to provide favourable shipping rates. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Should you need a specific courier, such as Fedex or DHL, please contact us directly prior to checkout to check with us for shipping fees and we will raise a custom quotation for your order.

International Custom duties & taxes 

We ship to most countries worldwide. You may click onto your country of residence to get information about duties and taxes that would need to be paid by you once the package arrives in your country. 

Do note the links are to various websites such as government/news/media websites that we have access to and we have no control over these procedures nor amounts stated. These links are to serve as a guide and is not the full list of countries we ship to.

Return, Repairs & Exchange policy

Thank you for shopping at Auralette. Due to the handmade nature of our products and for hygiene reasons, all sales are final, non-returnable and non-refundable unless there are manufacturing defects.

Within 30 days, if your jewellery is damaged due to manufacturing defects, please contact us and provide photo/videos explaining the issue along with your message. After reviewing the damage, we will fix your piece free of charge and cover all shipping fees. Please note that any beads/ gems will not be replaced or exchanged. After 30 days, if your piece requires a repair, please contact us directly so that we may assist you– note that repair fees may apply. 

In situations where we provide a refund, the amount will be refunded only in store credits which can be used for future purchases to deduct from the total amount at checkout. Store credits are valid one (1) year from the date of issue. 

Should your item arrive damaged or your package has been lost in the mail, please contact us and we would be happy to assist.

Wrong size and Handling fees 

If you ordered the wrong size and wish to exchange for a different size, please contact us via Whatsapp or e-mail. Any and all shipping costs, to and fro, shall be borne and paid by you. In addition, we charge a $15 handling fee for any exchange of size. To avoid the need to exchange, please ensure you refer to our sizing guide and select the most suitable option for you.
