Be mindful that perfumes, lotions, spray and other cosmetics contain harsh chemicals. The lesser your jewellery comes into contact with these substances, the longer it will maintain its shine and lustre
To keep your pieces in their best condition, we recommend using our ultra-soft polishing cloth to clean your jewellery as it is specially designed to be non-abrasive and safe to use on all metals.

All 14k gold-filled and Argentium silver components offer great tarnish resistance. Tarnish is removable and all it takes is a little gentle jewellery cleaner to restore your pieces to their original shine. Our professional grade jewelry polishing cloth helps to gently remove any tarnish on the surface of gold or silver pieces. Mild soap, water and a gentle toothbrush also work great to clean your pieces. Be mindful that some surfaces may react with the precious metals and/or beads as they are of natural origin. Some jewellery organisers may be treated with chemicals that may lead to accelerated tarnishing or your jewellery becoming discoloured. We recommend storing them in a glass, acrylic or a soft surface that has not been chemically treated. Additionally, ensure that your jewellery pieces are not in constant contact with each other and are stored apart from one another. Additionally, your crystal jewellery is spiritually cleansed using either one or a combination of the following: White sage, Palo Santo and Selenite.

If your order has already arrived and you need to exchange for a different size, you will need to send the piece back to us. Please note that we charge a $15 handling fee for exchanging of size. Within 30 days, if your jewellery is damaged due to manufacturing defects, please contact us and provide photo/videos explaining the issue along with your message. After reviewing the damage, we will fix your piece free of charge and cover all shipping fees. Please note that any beads/ gems will not be replaced or exchanged. After 30 days, if your piece requires a repair, please contact us directly so that we may assist you.
